Thank you so much for your kind words and all of your hard work.  As you know, planning an out of town event can really be difficult at times.  You went above and beyond to help ensure we had everything covered, and Daisy and I feel very blessed to have had you working with us.  I'm sure that Daisy will want to add to this, but on to the survey...

1) What was the type of event did I plan for you? 
— Wedding Reception - 10/24/09

2) How would you describe the level of attention given to you while planning your event? 
—Exceptional!  I was very pleased with the open, constant communication and attention to detail.

3) Did I meet or exceed your expectations with my services?
— Greatly exceeded.  As I said earlier, Daisy and I feel extremely lucky to have had the opportunity to work with you.

4) Were there any unusual circumstances that unexpectedly occurred during your event, such as problems with subcontractors? Do you feel like the problem was resolved sufficiently? Did I bring resolution to the problem?
— Catering debacle with Caterer owner and Venue owner.  I feel the problem was resolved and you had everything to do with that.  Obviously, that was not a fun situation and it was very stressful and disappointing to receive the news.  Not only did you keep a level head and help us find the next best option, you went above and beyond to ensure we were in a better position than we were originally expecting.  Your efforts to and willingness to sit through multiple tastings with complete strangers was amazing.  You made my brother feel comfortable and able to open up and share his true feelings - that is not easy… to do.  Although we altered our initial menu, I feel you worked to not only bring resolution to the problem, but put us in a position to have an amazing meal that greatly added to the quality of the reception.

5) How did I contribute to the success of your event? 
— Your willingness to go the extra mile and tend to the details that can often be overlooked provided us with the opportunity to simply sit back and enjoy our night.  Everything from coordinating drop off of supplies to set up to helping with the food to cutting cake...it was all done with a positive attitude and our best interest in mind.  We will never be able to fully thank you for all that you did to make our night so special.

 

6) How could I have improved my services to you? 
— Everything was perfect.

7) Would you recommend my services?
—Absolutely!  We will do anything we can to help you in the future.  If you need our recommendation - be it a phone call or a letter, photos of the event, you name it; we will do everything we can to help you out.  You did an amazing job, and we are so grateful to have had you on our side.
