Communication: Unlimited number of meetings, phone calls, and emails.

You will have continuous access to Jesterbird Events for advice on etiquette,
timing, budget, and design ideas.

Initial meeting will consist of topics on your ideas for design,
theme, personalization, color combinations, budget and feel of event.
Décor inspiration and Design:
- First we will brainstorm ideas together.
- Then, Jessie G. will create an inspiration board based on your theme.
- Once we have found a venue I will draw up a décor blue print,
- You can count on Jesterbird Events to help find rental items, such as lighting elements, linens, lounge furniture, tables and chairs
- Plus you will receive Jesterbird Events’ discounts at Party Rental Companies.
- If you would like assistance with attire, Jesterbird Events will also be your wedding stylist.
- Assistance with seating cards, programs, favors, guest book, gifts, etc.
Finding a venue:
- Jesterbird Events has a plethora of information regarding various local Event Venues, so you can narrow down your search.
- Then Jessie G. will accompany you to 2-4 Event Venues.
- Once you find the perfect place for your event, Jessie G. will draw up a floor plan
- Ensure service providers know the proper procedures for loading, unloading, set up, tear down, and parkin
Vendor Matching:
After listening to your preferences, Jesterbird Events will find Service Providers customized to fit your budget, tastes, and personality. Jessie G. will be present at all meetings for service providers, will review all contracts and proposals, and finally, confirm all vendor orders, quantities and timeline two weeks prior to the event.
Vendors include: (but are not limited to)
- Florist,
- Caterer,
- Cake bakers,
- Bartenders or barista’s,
- Musicians, DJ’s,
- Lighting specialists,
- Rental Items such as linen, décor items, lounge furniture, tables and chairs
- Transportation to and from ceremony, reception, and hotel
- Photographer
- Officiant
- Photo booth
- Chocolate or Beverage Fountains
- Dance Instructors and Choreographers
Hotel Accommodation: Jesterbird Events will assist with locating hotel accommodations
- For out of town guests as well as honeymoon suites.
- Will review all contracts for room blocks and answer any questions you or your family may have
Schedule:
- Communicate with band/musician/dj to establish timing for Grand Entrance, Dedication Dances, Cake Cuting, Toasts, Bouquet and Garter Toss and Last Dance
- Distribute client -approved timeline to all vendors one to two weeks before event.
- Orchestrate all timing aspects for the day of wedding
Rehearsal and Ceremony Coordination: Jesterbird Events will be there to direct the flow of your rehearsal and ceremony according to your approved ceremony plan. Jessie G will instruct ushers on wedding procedure and will cue musician and wedding party .
Onsite Coordination and Event Management: Jessie G. will be present the entire day of your event. She will be there to fix any last minute changes, snafus, or unforeseen problems that arise. Additionally I will be your point of contact for everyone involved so that you can relax and enjoy the day.
- Oversee set up and tear down,
- Manage banquet staff to ensure compliance with floor plan,
- Cake cutting service,
- Handle final payments and gratuities to service providers,
- Attend sound check with band, musicians or DJ
